Build the complete plan before booking
Send both dates, times and exact locations, plus passenger and approximate bag counts. Include pushchairs, sports gear or large items. Four available seats do not solve the problem if four large cases cannot fit in the boot.
Describe the broad route, a one-way return and any planned driving outside Bosnia and Herzegovina. This allows the class, documents and logistics to be checked before the offer. Mark automatic transmission or any other feature that is essential rather than merely preferred.
Do not rush the handover

Finish the return carefully
Check the agreed fuel rule and arrive with enough time for inspection. Remove personal items from every compartment, photograph the vehicle and record the return location. Airport returns need a buffer for refuelling, traffic and reaching the terminal.
Ask for confirmation that the keys and vehicle were received. When there is no in-person meeting, follow the agreed procedure exactly and retain messages and photographs. A clear end to the rental matters as much as the initial inspection.
A final check before joining the road
Read the key arrangements aloud before departure: return point, fuel, contact and declared drivers. Passengers should know where the documents and assistance number are, particularly on a longer journey or when the group may separate.
